Let’s Get This Party Started!
It’s New Year’s Eve! Do you know what that means?
Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday to ME!
What did you say? Today isn’t DC’s birthday? You’re right…it isn’t. But I’m not DC…I’m Erica. And today is MY birthday. And let’s face it…what’s a birthday without presents? Just another day, right? So DC…wonderful girl that she is…asked me what I would like for my birthday. She said I could have anything my heart desired…a lobster dinner, a bottle of the finest champagne…sexy lingerie. The world is my oyster, as they say. But none of those things held any interest for me. I had loftier dreams for my birthday. Wishes that are far more difficult to come by. And way juicier. I know you’re wondering what, and I suppose I’d better tell you.
I wanted to hijack DC’s blog.
That’s right. Hijack it. Complete and utter take over. Oh, but not just for tonight. No, I wanted to hijack it for the entire week. I never get to write about things like sparkly penises…or naughty sweet shops. I don’t have music Mondays or Time Warp Tuesdays…and I never get a Threesome Thursday.
So yep, I’m getting my birthday wish. I’ve booted DC from her blog and it’s mine for the rest of the week.
But of course, as the birthday girl…I decided I would share. Sharing is good. And I do get tired. So throughout this entire week, my friends and I will be taking over DC’s blog with a different sort of merriment. And as a birthday wish (don’t spoil my birthday wish, ok?) I want you to come back every day to see what we have in store for you. I promise it will be way fun…and maybe a little bit different. But at the end of the week, we promise to give the keys back to DC, and let her have her blog back. Hey…we’re not mercenaries…we’re just a bunch of writers!
Oh…and one more thing before I go…
Have a chocolate Willy on me! (I’ve always wanted to do that!!!)

Haha…thanks for the birthday wishes! So far the big day has been a bust. I had a bad hotdog and a raw cupcake. At least I have that chocolate willy to look at.

My husband seems to think I subconciously ruin birthdays so I’ll have something to blog about. I think it’s dumb…but it has worked out well for me in that respect. LOL. As long as I keep having birthdays, I’ll be fine! Thanks for visiting!!
